The concierge office is open Monday – Friday 8 -5pm Closed Saturday & Sunday. If you have the password your property management office gave you, you will be able to access the discounts anytime. Not all discounts have a link (example: Arboretum, Perot & Cinemark) If you need those tickets you must call on a week day to order them in advance. Arboretum can be emailed to you. Cinemark pre order and they will be mailed to you.
